STEP 3 - MAIL, FAX OR EMAIL THE FOLLOWING COMPLETED DOCUMENTS DIRECTLY TO US.
Once you have completed the necessary documents please mail, fax or email us the following listed items:
1) Completed original notary public application
2) Completed notary bond package order form
3) A valid copy of the front and back of your driver's license or state identification
4) Form of payment

Once we receive your documents we will process your notary bond.
STEP 4 - WE WILL MAIL BACK TO YOU YOUR ORIGINAL NOTARY PUBLIC APPLICATION AND NOTARY BOND.
Once we process your notary bond we will mail back to you your original notary public application and your new notary bond.
IMPORTANT: Once you receive these forms in the U.S. mail please be sure to sign the notary bond and have the notary bond notarized. Once that is complete please proceed to STEP 5.
STEP 5 - SUBMIT YOUR FORMS TO THE SECRETARY OF STATE'S OFFICE FOR PROCESSING BY MAIL OR WALK IN.
You will be required to submit the following forms to the Secretary of State's Office by mail or walk in.
1) Original completed Arizona notary public application with an original signature.
2) Original completed notary bond with original signatures.
3) A check or money order in the amount of $43.00 (total filing fee) made payable to the Secretary of State. NOTE: IF YOU HAVE SELECTED THE "ELITE" OR "ULTIMATE" COMPLETE NOTARY BOND PACKAGE THE ARIZONA SECRETARY OF STATE FILING FEE IS INCLUDED IN YOUR PACKAGE PRICE.

When the Secretary of State's Office approves your notary bond and application, they will prepare your new notary commission certificate. The Secretary of State's Office will then mail you your notary commission certificate directly to you. Once you receive your notary commission certificate proceed to STEP 6.
STEP 6 - SEND US A COPY OF YOUR NOTARY COMMISSION CERTIFICATE SO WE CAN ORDER YOUR OFFICAL STAMP SEAL.
Please mail, fax or email us a copy of your new notary commission certificate so we can order your new official stamp seal. Once we receive your certificate we will order your new official stamp seal. Please allow ample time to receive your new official stamp seal due to the fact that it must be personalized and manufactured. Please do not delay!
NOTE: The State of Arizona requires us to have a copy of your notary commission certificate on file if we provide the notary bond and official stamp seal for you.

STATE REQUIREMENTS
ELIGIBILITY
Be 18 years old or older.
Be a resident of the State of Arizona.
Be a citizen or a legal permanent resident of the United States.
Not have been convicted of a felony unless your civil rights have been restored.
Not have had an Arizona notary commission revoked within four years of the filing of the notary public application.
PROVISIONS
Non-Residents: Not permitted.
Bond: A 5,000 bond is required for new or renewing notaries.
Errors & Omissions Insurance: Optional. Notary Service and Bonding Agency, Inc. strongly recommends that Arizona notaries insure themselves against claims of negligence.
Filing Fee: A $43 state filing fee is required for new and renewal notary applications.
Term: 4 years.
Jurisdiction: Statewide.
Renewal: A notary may apply 60 days before expiration of the current commission by completing a renewal notary public application.
Notary Seal: Required. A rubber inked stamp.
Education/Testing: Must keep a notary public reference manual that is approved and provided by the Secretary of State at no charge.
Record Journal: Required by law.
