NOTE: To order your notary package and/or official stamp seal you must mail us your ORIGINAL "Certificate of Authorization" issued by the office of the Secretary of State before we can process your order. No emails, faxes or photocopies are accepted, it must be the original document. See the example picture below of what form to SEND to us and what form to KEEP for your records.
The cerificate authorizes a maximum number of stamps for a notary. If you want to order more than one stamp, the certificate must authorize as such.
You will need to mail us the following documents:
1) The ORIGINAL "Certificate of Authorization".
2) The completed notary bond package order form.
3) A form of payment.

Once we receive your ORIGINAL Certificate of Authorization, completed notary bond order form and form of payment we will immediately process your notary public bond and/or offical stamp seal. Please allow approximately 10 business days from the time we receive your documents to receive your order.
After you receive your order from us by mail, immediately file your $15,000/4 year notary bond and oath of office at your county clerks office.

STATE REQUIREMENTS
ELIGIBILITY
Be 18 years of age or older.
Be a legal resident of the State of California.
Complete a six-hour course of study approved by the Secretary of State.
Pass a written examination prescribed by the Secretary of State with a score of at least 70%.
Pass a background check by the FBI and the California Department of Justice.
Not have been convicted of a felony or a crime involving moral turpitude.
PROVISIONS
Non-Residents: Not permitted.
Bond: Required. A notary bond in the amount of $15,000 is required for new and renewing notaries.
Errors & Omissions Insurance: Optional.
Filing Fee: A $40 filing fees is required for new and renewal notary applications.
Term: 4 years.
Jurisdiction: Statewide.
Notary Seal: Required. Embosser or rubber-inked stamp.
Record Book: Required.
