STEP 2 - MAIL YOUR NOTARY BOND PACKAGE ORDER FORM AND APPLICATION FOR APPOINTMENT DIRECTLY TO US.
Once you have completed your notary bond package order form you will also have to complete an application for appointment as a Texas notary public.

Complete the entire application for appointment and you will now need to MAIL ONLY the following items:

2) Completed original application for appointment

STEP 3 - WE WILL PROCESS YOUR COMPLETED ORDER FORM AND APPLICATION WITH THE SECRETARY OF STATE'S OFFICE.
When we receive your completed notary bond package order form, original application for appointment and form of payment in the mail, we will process it with the Secretary of State's Office. Once the Secretary of State's Office receives your forms from us they will process your notary public commission.
Once your notary public commission is processed the Secretary of State's Office will mail you a notary public certificate for your records. When the Secretary of State's Office notifies us that your commission has been approved and we will order your new official stamp seal. Please allow ample time to receive your new official stamp seal due to the fact that it must be personalized and manufactured.
Once you receive your new official stamp seal in the U.S. mail you will be authorized to begin you notarial duties.

Texas Resident: Yes.
Jurisdiction: Statewide.
Non-Residents: No.
Felony Convictions: No conviction for felony or crime of moral turpitude.

Term: 4 years.
Bond Requirement: Required. $10,000 notary bond.
Notary Seal Requirement: Required. Embosser or inked stamp.
Education/Testing: None required.
Recording Journal: Required by law
